Teacher of Geography
Location – Wirral Start Date: February 2026 through to July 2026.
Pay: £168 – £232 (dependent of experience & role)
CER Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Wirral to recruit a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher looking to make a real impact within a supportive Geography department.
They are looking for someone who can be dynamic alongside being reflective on their teaching.
The Role:
- Plan & deliver engaging Geography lessons across KS3 & KS4
- Support pupils with physical and human geography topics
- Assess and track pupils progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (Or working towards)
- Experience teaching Geography in a UK secondary school
- Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for Geography.
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
- A DBS on the update service.
