General Teaching Assistant

CER is looking for a general teaching assistant to support in a mainstream primary school on a Full time basis

The school, based in Huyton cater for children people aged 3-7 years with a range of abilities

The school are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and resourceful individuals to join a dedicated and hardworking team of specialised support staff. They are looking for people who will enjoy being effective in supporting students and who have an appreciation of the positive attitude required to encourage students.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be able to engage with children and enforce positive behaviour
• Have worked within primary schools prior
• Be able to challenge children when they display negative behaviour
• Be a qualified teaching assistant or have a transferable skill
