Job Title: Food Technology Teacher

Location: Darlington

Start Date: March 2026

Contract Type: 5 days a week, Fixed Term

Pay: £140 to £251.71 per day

CER is working exclusively with a welcoming secondary school in the Darlington area need a food technology teacher to join their team from March 2026. This is a full-time fixed term role, will last until the summer break, with a view to becoming permanent.

School is a good performing school, with great staff and students alike and has an excellent learning culture.

Who we are looking for

• Qualified teachers with UK-recognised teaching status (QTS)
• Experience teaching KS3, GCSE / BTEC Food in a UK school
• Passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
• Applications welcomed from experienced teachers, NQTs, and ECTs
