Flexible Class Teacher – Multi-Academy Trust (Rotherham and Surrounding Areas)
Location: Various primary schools across Rotherham
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Contract Length: Temp-to-Perm (Permanent following successful induction)
Driving Licence: Advantageous due to travel requirements

Are you a confident and adaptable teacher who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment? We are seeking a Flexible Class Teacher to work across a number of primary schools within a large and well-established Multi-Academy Trust in Rotherham.

This is a unique opportunity to gain broad experience across different settings, year groups, and school communities-ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is ready to make a meaningful impact wherever they go.

About the Role:

• Provide high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 depending on daily school needs.
• Be available to work in different schools, sometimes with same-day notice.
• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that align with each school’s curriculum and ethos.
• Quickly build rapport with pupils and staff, maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Follow school policies and contribute to the wider life of each school you support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience across multiple key stages is highly desirable.
• A flexible, proactive, and resilient approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly advantageous due to the mobile nature of the role.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
