Your Role:

  • Support Learning: Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and creative lessons that inspire young minds. You will work alongside experienced teachers to implement a curriculum that promotes holistic development.
  • Nurture Development: Provide individualised support to children, helping them achieve their developmental milestones. Your role will involve observing and assessing each child’s progress, offering tailored interventions when needed.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will participate in team meetings, contribute to planning sessions, and share best practices.
  • Engage Families: Build strong connections with parents and caregivers to support each child’s learning journey. Regular communication and involvement in school events will be key to fostering a sense of community.
