Salary: £30,000+ (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, Reduced Hours During School Holidays

We’re on the lookout for a driven, outgoing, and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our Newcastle team. Whether you’ve got education, sales, or recruitment experience – or you’re just a natural relationship-builder – we’d love to hear from you.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a warm desk with existing clients and candidates
• Building strong relationships with schools and educators across the region
• Matching the right people to the right roles (from daily supply to permanent placements)
• Visiting schools and really getting to know what they need
• Creating job adverts and using online tools to attract top talent
• Working to targets – but with full support and realistic expectations
• Celebrating success with your team (we like cake, prosecco, and the odd ping pong challenge)

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• Resilient, positive attitude – recruitment is rewarding but fast-paced
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Ambition to grow your desk (and your earnings)
• Experience in recruitment, education, or sales is a bonus – but not essential
• Full UK driving licence preferred (school visits happen often!)
