CER Education Recruitment is working closely with a range of early years settings and we’re looking for Level 2 or Level 3 qualified practitioners to join our trusted supply team.

👶 The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner with CER, you will:

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners
• Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents
• Work across schools and nurseries, gaining valuable and varied experience

Whether you’re looking for daily supply, short-term roles or longer placements, we tailor work around you.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach
• Confidence working with children aged 0-5
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child development
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
