CER Education are actively recruiting for Early Career Teachers who are due to graduate in 2024 to work on full time and long term placements, as well as short term and part time supply work. We work with Secondary, Primary, SEN and Nursery settings and are welcoming applications from all specialisms.

CER cover the whole of the UK, so if you’ve moved away for University, you can work for any of our offices around the country. Our Sheffield office covers the whole of South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, and over towards West Yorkshire too.

With full-time and long-term contracts available, you’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in various school settings, gaining invaluable experience and honing your teaching skills. As part of our supply agency, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to explore different schools, discovering where your passion truly lies. Our contracts often lead to permanent jobs for September 2024, and some clients will facilitate completion of your ECT terms whilst working on supply.

This isn’t just any teaching job – it’s an opportunity to make a real difference. As an ECT, you’ll play a vital role in supporting young peoples education, ensuring a smooth transition into the profession while receiving support and guidance every step of the way.

Worried about finances? Fear not! We offer competitive pay scales, ensuring your hard work is rewarded accordingly. Plus, with flexible working arrangements tailored to fit your schedule, you can achieve a healthy work-life balance without sacrificing your career aspirations.

While having a driver’s license is advantageous, it’s not essential – your passion for teaching and dedication to making a difference are what truly matter.
