As a cover supervisor, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and positive learning environment when teachers are absent. Whether you are looking for long term placements or daily cover, we can offer you work assignments that suit your availability.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality, pre planned lessons that engage students across various year groups and subjects.
• Build positive relationships with students, ensuring a respectful and supportive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and ensure a safe learning space for all students.
• Support students with general queries and assist with their learning as required.
• Ensure the classrooms are left tidy and organized at the end of each lesson and at the end of each day.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage students across various year groups.
• Strong behavior/ classroom management skills and the ability to remain calm and effectively manage any behavioral issues.
• A passion for helping students reach their full potential.
