CER provides specialist Further Education (FE) staff bespoke to the particular needs of colleges. We recruit for a range of FE positions including Lecturers, Tutors, Learning Support Assistants, Exam Invigilators, Leadership Professionals, College Support and Careers Adviser staff.

 

Our FE department partners with colleges, sixth forms and training providers across the UK, particularly within the North and East of London to streamline their recruitment process and support them in attracting the best talent in the market.

 

CER consultants tailor their recruitment to the needs of colleges and have supported such projects as servicing a college Supported Learning Provisions with a high volume and variety of members of staff. We have also seamlessly supported the transformation to an online delivery of high-level professional exams with invigilators and exam manager.
