📋 Academic Standards & Compliance Manager
🎓 Head of Teaching, Learning & Assessment
These pivotal roles will play a key part in shaping the college’s strategic direction, enhancing the learner experience, supporting curriculum excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and educational delivery. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the college to drive innovation, support staff development, raise achievement, and promote a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement. 🎓✨
🎯 Ideally you will have:
* Significant leadership or management experience within Further Education, Higher Education, or a similar educational setting
* A recognised teaching qualification and relevant degree-level qualification
* Experience supporting quality improvement, curriculum development, teaching and learning, or student services
* Knowledge of quality assurance processes, regulatory compliance, and inspection frameworks
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* A proven track record of improving learner outcomes and driving positive change
* A passion for delivering outstanding educational experiences for learners
