🎯 Ideally you will have:
* A relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Industry experience or a qualification in your specialist subject area
* Experience delivering lessons within Further Education (desired)
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A passion for supporting and developing learners
