What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils in lessons on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Helping manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Supporting students with additional needs where required
- Gaining experience across different school settings
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience working in a classroom or school setting (essential)
- Graduates / sports coaches / aspiring teachers welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, reliable, and positive approach
- Passion for supporting young people in education
