CER are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team of Primary Teachers to work temporarily within a Primary school in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to make a positive impact on the lives of students, then this role would be perfect for you
The Role
You will:
- Teach an engaging and well‑structured curriculum
- Planning and marking
- Foster independence, resilience, and a love of learning
- Build strong rapport with pupils and encourage their progress
- Work closely with a collaborative team of staff
- Use assessment effectively to inform planning and support each learner
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from teachers who are:
- Qualified and confident delivering the curriculum (ECTs & experienced teachers welcome)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Further Education Qualification (QLTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous experience teaching in a UK based school is essential for this role and reference will need to be submitted
- Strong communicators with excellent behaviour‑management skills
- Creative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Able to inspire and motivate children of different abilities
- Confident working as part of a wider school team
