Salary: £89-£110 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of inclusive primary and secondary schools across Sheffield. As a specialist education recruitment agency, we work closely with local settings who are seeking confident and nurturing individuals to support pupils with additional needs.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with a range of needs (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and Speech & Language needs)
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Help pupils to develop confidence, independence, and social skills
• Implement behaviour support strategies and promote positive learning
• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Contribute to an inclusive and engaging classroom environment

• Experience supporting children or young people (school‑based or non‑school settings considered)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
