Level 3 Teaching Assistant

CER are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join one of our nurturing and inclusive primary schools in the Sheffield area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who need consistency, empathy, and skilled support to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• A calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent approach to behaviour and relationship-building.
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with de-escalation strategies and restorative practices.
• Familiarity with EHCPs and supporting children with SEND.
• Training in Team Teach or similar positive handling strategies (desirable but not essential).
