Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Wavertree, Liverpool

Start Date: January 2026 – July 2026 FULL TIME

Pay – £445 to £530 ( weekly )

CER Education is supporting a 2 form entry Primary school in WAVERTREE, LIVERPOOL in recruiting a FULL TIME Teaching Assistant to work in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

This role will start in January 2026 and will continue to July 2026 . You will be supporting across the Key Stage 1 and 2 age range and on a 1:1 basis with a pupils with SEND needs and general classrooom support.

What you’ll need –

• Teaching Assistant qualification with classroom based experience in Key Stage 1/ Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independantly and as part of a team
• To support the class teacher and work on a 1:1 basis with pupils with SEND needs
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
