Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work across multiple sites within our Trust, delivering high-quality education and supporting students to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for travel between schools within the Trust.
