Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Location: Bootle, Sefton

Salary: £85 – £100 per day

CER Education is seeking a nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant nursery in Bootle. This role is perfect for someone passionate about early childhood education and development, with a commitment to fostering a safe, stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the early years’ teacher in preparing and delivering fun, engaging activities
• Helping children develop communication, language, and social skills
• Maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment
• Offering emotional support to children during play and learning

Requirements:

• A qualification in Early Years Education (Level 2 or above)
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for child development
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting students’ learning and development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting diverse student needs.
