We are working with an excellent, over subscribed Secondary School in the South Liverpool area. They are looking to appoint several Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 basis with KS3 & 4 pupils .It is essential that you have a good understanding of the national curriculum and are IT literate as you will be required to complete paperwork and reports for this specific pupil.

The role will start immediatly with views of continuing to the end of the academic Year.

Hours- 8.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday

On site parking and close to public transport links

Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 (NVQ or CACHE certificate) Teaching Assistant qualification

  • Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Have previous experience working with pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
  • Have at least 6 months school based experience of working in a UK Secondary school setting.
  • Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
  • Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
