Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for Year 3/4 students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the curriculum.
  • Engage with parents and carers to support student learning and progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 3/4 students.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the values and ethos of the academy.
