Our training platform – Affinity Academy

As part of the Affinity Workforce family, all training opportunities for teachers and support staff for CER are provided via Affinity Academy.

Affinity Academy is designed to empower our candidates, offering a rich learning experience that caters to the diverse needs of our teaching community. Our online training sessions will help you enhance your teaching skills and stay updated on industry trends within the education sector.

Teachers and teaching assistants have exclusive access to a wide array of professional development resources including online training courses. Some of the training modules offered include Teaching Assistant Toolkits, Safeguarding Refresher Training, SEND, Primary National Curriculum, and Behaviour Toolkits.

Team Teach with CER

Several of our consultants have completed the nationally recognised Team Teach course, which focuses on positive behaviour support and de-escalation.
