Lilli Wright from CER Sheffield joined our organisation at the start of 2023 as a Compliance & Resourcing Officer. This was her first role in recruitment, having joined from the hospitality sector. Her experiences within the hospitality sector and her communication and customer service skills have helped her forge a career in recruitment.

Lilli said: “I knew hospitality wasn’t something I wanted to do forever, but I still wanted something with daily interaction with the public that also allows me to help someone else. Recruitment was the best next career move and what I wanted going forward.

 

“The Sheffield team is lovely; there has been so much support from everyone. Everyone in the company enjoys and celebrates everyone’s individual victories and wants each other to do well. I love working in recruitment and getting people into roles that suit them and their needs.”
