CER has launched its latest Managed Provision Service with Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust (BCCET) in the North East of England.

This is the sixth managed service agreement CER operates in the region as part of the Crown Commercial Service Lot 2 Framework.

Bishop Chadwick MAT is one of the largest trusts in the North East overseeing 17 academies, with a further 17 to join by July 2022. This will then consist of 5 Secondary Academies, 28 Primary Academies, a college and an outstanding training school, which are situated across South Tyneside, Sunderland & Durham.

CER’s Regional Operations Manager, David Parsons, said “We are delighted to be awarded Master Vendor status for BCCET.  It’s an amazing opportunity to work in partnership with such a brilliant MAT that aims to provide an outstanding education for all its students.

“CER is an avid supporter of the CCS Framework and supports its ambition to transform the landscape of education supply wholeheartedly.  A ground-breaking transparent way of operating with workers being paid more and academies being charged substantially less!

“I’m extremely proud to see trusts in the North East leading the way nationally in establishing industry changing provisions that guarantee the highest quality of temporary staff as well as financial security!”

As master vendor to BCCET, CER can now exclusively provide work opportunities across all academies within the Trust. If you are an education specialist and would love the chance to work with this innovative, forward-thinking trust, then all you need to do is contact our Newcastle branch today on 0191 244 2600.
