Role Overview: The school is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing challenging behaviour and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of Year 3 students.
  • Fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback and support.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working with children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
