Year 1 Teacher – Huyton

CER Education are looking to recruit an outstanding and passionate Teacher for a KS1 role within a Primary School. The role is to cover a full time maternity post due to start after May half term and will continue until the end of the summer.

You will be motivated and driven, have a desire to join a well-resourced, committed and dedicated team and take pride in delivering the best standard of education for your pupils.

Successful applicants will have recent KS1 teaching experience, and be familiar with Lower KS1 curriculum requirements. You will be passionate about improving pupils’ everyday learning through creativity and high expectations within the classroom.

The school is 2 form entry with a network of experienced and supportive staff. Staff car parking is available and on site.

To be suitable for this role you must:

• Be a qualified primary teacher with QTS – applications from ECT’s are welcome
• Be professional in completing everyday teacher tasks including marking, pupil assessments, evaluating progress and planning.
• Be enthusiastic with schools learning policies such as behaviour management
• Actively look to become part of the teacher team within the school and looking to make an positive impression on the school, going above and beyond your everyday role (such as school activities )We can offer you
