Teaching Assistant (SEND)

CER Education are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants who have experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to work at one of our exclusive academies withing the Castleford area.

Key responsibilities would include:

• Working collaboratively with teachers and other members of school staff to ensure full suport.
• Create and encourage an inclusive environment that enhances emotional and social development.
• Assisting in the implementation of Indivual Education Plans (IEPs) when relevant.
• Monitor and record student progress for feedback to class teachers.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience working with children, especially in an educational environment supporting children with diverse needs.
• Experience in a 1:1 basis or in a group setting.
• DBS Certification (or in the process of obtaining certification)
