We are seeking a compassionate and motivated One-to-One Teaching Assistant to support a student with specific needs.

Role Overview: As a One-to-One Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a student to provide tailored support in their academic and personal development. You will assist with lesson plans, facilitate learning activities, and promote a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the student in their learning journey, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
• Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist with personal care and any additional needs as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
