Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our team at CER and make a meaningful impact in our client’s schools in Doncaster. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced educators to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of varying abilities. This role is perfect for a newly qualified teacher looking to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other staff members to enhance the educational experience for students.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
