Supply Staff (Cover Supervisors, Qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants)

Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

About the school: Our client school is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for their students. They understand the importance of having a reliable and adaptable team of supply staff to maintain continuity in education when regular staff members are absent.

Role Overview: As a member of our supply staff bank, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible basis, covering various roles within the school as needed. We have full-time and long-term contracts available for those seeking more stability, as well as part-time and day-to-day shifts for those looking for flexibility.

We are recruiting for the following roles:

  • Cover Supervisors: Responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that pre-prepared work is completed and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Qualified Teachers: Delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, following the school’s curriculum and providing support and guidance to students.
  • Teaching Assistants: Assisting teachers in the classroom, providing additional support to students with their learning and helping to create an inclusive and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience and qualifications for the role you are applying for (e.g., Qualified Teacher Status for teachers, relevant experience for teaching assistants).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support students effectively.
  • Flexibility to work on a full-time, long-term basis or part-time and day-to-day shifts as required.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
