SEND Teacher

SEND Teacher| ASAP Start | £140 – £220 per day

We are working with a SEND Primary School in North Liverpool who are looking for a SEND Teacher to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The school supports Primary School children with complex needs so experience working with SEND children is essential. The role does not involve any personal care responsibilities. It would be beneficial if you held a Team Teach certificate, however training can be provided.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Previous experience working with SEND pupils with complex needs.
• Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
• At least 6 months school based experience of working in a UK SEND school setting.
• Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
• A current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
• Team Teach Training.
