Job Overview:
This position is ideal for a passionate new teacher eager to bring fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the classroom. As a Psychology Teacher, you will create dynamic learning experiences and support students’ academic and personal development.

Our client school is seeking a committed teacher to work on a part-time basis starting in September 2024. You will teach across both KS3 and KS4 and our client school are willing to be flexible on days if possible with the timetabling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active learning.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student achievement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Recognised teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Solid understanding of the national curriculum and its application in the classroom.
  • Strong passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adapt to various teaching scenarios.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
