Teaching Assistant needed for January in Rotherham!

CER are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant needed for a lovely primary school within the Rotherham area. Experience working with children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning disabilities would be advantageous. This role is to start in January 2024 and will run until the summer of 2024, with the potential to extend beyond. A UK valid driving licence is required for this role as you may expected to travel across multiple sites within the Trust.

You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, assisting them both in and out of the class. This would predominantly be for KS1 but may be expected to cover across all key stages.

In order to be successful for this position you must:

• Have excellent classroom management skills
• Have good subject and curriculum knowledge
• Recent experience supporting children, which can be referenced
