Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Primary School Teacher to join our dedicated team of supply teachers to work on a long-term contract at one of our client schools starting in September 2024. This specific contract is full-time and long-term and will work across both Key Stages ideally.

Please note: We do have both long and short term contracts available and can be completely flexible in finding work that meets your schedule.

You will be responsible for delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum, creating a positive learning atmosphere, and contributing to the overall development and well-being of our students. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and guide instruction.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to support student learning and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to school initiatives.
  • Participate in school activities, events, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education.
  • Strong ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively and contributing to school life.
