CER Education are supporting one of our Sefton based secondary schools who are looking to appoint a Physics teacher to start in January 2024 and continue until Easter in the first instance, but it will likely continue for the full academic year.

This position is full time and will require you to have experience teaching Physics across KS3, KS4 and KS5 experience would be beneficial but not necessary. There will be no part time option with this position.

As this role is on a longer term basis with planning and assessment responsibilities, you will be paid to scale for this position on the Main Teaching Pay Scale. You can expect rates of pay between £140 and £211 per day.

The school itself boasts a superb Science faculty and excellent senior leadership who will be a regular support for you as you adapt to the timetable and responsibilities. The school is easily accessible via any form of public transport or if you already drive.

You will ideally have QTS, QTLS or a relevant teaching qualification that allows you to teach students across KS3, KS4 and KS5.

If you already work for another education agency, you will qualify for a £300 bonus purely for securing this role with CER.
