About the Role:
CER Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Sheffield and work in Nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in the lives of young children, providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for their development.
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will work alongside a team of nursery practitioners to support and enhance children’s learning and development. Your role will include planning and delivering activities, monitoring children’s progress, and ensuring that all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Support the development and implementation of creative learning activities.
Observe and assess children’s development, providing feedback to parents and staff.
Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to children’s individual learning journeys.
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an Early Years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
Enhanced DBS check (can be applied for if necessary).
