I am working with a school in Middlesbrough that need a Music teacher. The 3-day-a-week role starts in November 2024 and will run until the Easter break, in the first instance. The role has come about due to an internal move of staffing.
It is essential you have experience teaching Music up to KS4. You will need to be organised, innovative and draw on the students interests to ensure progress is made. You should be creative in your lesson delivery, as you will be teaching a range of different ability levels. You should be prepared to commit to extra-curricular activities, as the school has a passion for music.
The school is well-resourced and will provide you with opportunities to access the CPD programme. The successful teacher will work with a team of specialists and will inspire all students to make progress.
To be considered for the position of Music teacher you must:
*Have experience teaching to KS3 and KS4
*Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
*Ensure that all students work their hardest to achieve the highest results
*Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification
