Job Overview:
We are excited to be working with one of our clients in Sheffield who are seeking to welcome a Maths Teacher to their team. This position is ideal for a passionate teacher eager to bring fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the classroom. As a Maths Teacher, you will create dynamic learning experiences and support students’ academic and personal development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience (ESSENTIAL)
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Subject knowledge
• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active learning.
• Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student achievement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Recognised teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Solid understanding of the national curriculum and its application in the classroom.
• Strong passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adapt to various teaching scenarios.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
