As of September 2024, CER are looking to appoint a full time Maths teacher for an Outstanding secondary school (recognised by Ofsted) within the Sefton area. The role is expected to be for at least the entire Autumn term up until Christmas but there is the chance that the position could extend past that point into 2025.
The role itself will include a timetable of KS3 and KS4 classes and will expect you to take on the full responsibility of any other teacher. Due to this you can expect pay to scale (MPS) dependent on your experience, this would be between £150 and £220 per day.
The school itself has an amazing reputation across the district with superb leadership, a stable Maths department and excellent behaviour standards. It also has easy transport links whether you travel from Merseyside, Lancashire or neighbouring districts.
