CER Education are currently working with an Alternative Provision school in Halifax seeking to recruit full time teaching assisstants to support pupils with SEMH needs.

The school supports pupils from KS1 up to KS4 with social and emotional health needs and are working at a primary level within the curriculum.

You must be empathetic and passionate about supporting learners in an alternative setting and with a range of learning and development needs.

The role is to start in September and is a Temp to Perm contract.

This is a long term to perm role.

• Able to carry out the full role required of a Teaching Assistant
• Can communicate effectively and build good relationships
• Wants to develop their teaching skills
• Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
• Interested in working with all key stages within SEND
