Are you an experienced Inclusion Support Worker (ISW) and want to continue playing a vital role in a child’s education journey?
CER Education are on the hunt for ISWs based near Castleford to support the educational development of students at our exclusive partnered Secondary School within a Trust we work with. As a ISW, you will play an important role within the school, with a unique chance to work with students who require additional support due to their complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working as an Inclusion Support Worker is desirable but not essential.
* Enthusiastic about working with children and supporting their learning journey.
* Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
* DBS Certification (or be willing to obtain certification).
