CER Education are on the search for a dedicated HR Advisor to join one of our exclusive partnership School Trusts. The ever-growing Trust are seeking an individual to oversee HR operations across four schools within the primary and secondary phases.

As a key member of the Trust’s team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Trust’s core values – Ambition, Bravery, and Respect – as well as ensuring that all students and staff have a positive working enviroment.

Main Responsibilties:

  • Delivering a first-class HR service across the Trust. Providing day-to-day HR operations and support, advice, and guidance on a range of employment issues, advising on both policy and employment law to Headteachers and colleagues within the Trust over multiple sites.
  • Plan and implement effective systems and services to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle ensuring exacting standards of compliance in practice and continued focus on equality and diversity and staff wellbeing throughout.
  • Ensuring that the Trust is provided with a responsive Trust HR service that supports its effective operation and for contributing to the development of Trust HR policies and procedures which comply with the appropriate legislative and compliance frameworks.


  • CIPD Level 5 (Intermediate) qualification or equivalent or 3+ years HR advisory experience, as well as English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of current employment laws and regulations (education sector preferably).
  • Good working knoweldge of all aspects of HR management.
  • Fantastic communication skills with the ability to articulate issues to various audiences.
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
