English Teacher

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full time English Teacher in a South Liverpool High School who are looking for a Teacher on a temporary to permenant basis.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum at Key Stage 4 (KS4) and Key Stage 5 (KS5) and will be able to plan innovative and engaging lesson that will meet the needs of the children with a variety of abilities. You will be driven, passionate about your subject and have high expectations to ensure all pupils make good progress. The school has a positive atmosphere, where all staff focus on high quality teaching and all staff work together to ensure the achievements are maintained and excelled.

This school offers a caring and safe environment for all students and staff.

The school is within a 10 minute walk of the nearest bus station and has onsite parking for all staff.

The hours are Monday- Friday 8.20am- 3.30pm term time

To be considered for the position of English teacher you must:

• Have experience teaching Psychology at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (KS4 & KS5)
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status QTS
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary teachers
• Having a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
