CER specialise in securing longer term teaching positions for Early Career Teachers upon the completion of their teacher training.
For the 2023/24 academic year CER have had a 100% success rate of securing longer term positions for ECT’s.
Every single ECT registered with CER this academic last year has secured long term teaching roles within our partner schools and had the opportunity to get part or all of their ECT terms signed off and completed.
