About the Role:

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher eager to make a difference in young children’s lives? We are seeking a creative and nurturing individual to join us at CER. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a love of learning in our youngest pupils and supporting their development during these crucial formative years.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to work within one of our client school’s in Doncaster and provide an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that inspire and challenge children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
  • Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning and interactive activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in early childhood education and incorporate best practices into your teaching.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism or significant experience in Early Years education.
  • A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm, with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
  • Experience in managing classroom behaviour in a positive and effective manner.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to contribute to the school’s wider community.
