Early Career Teachers

CER Education is currently recruiting for a Early Career Teacher (ECTs) in the Knowsley area to support the primary education of children on a short term and long-term basis.

Our schools seek ECTs who can immerse themselves in the school community and ethos and ensuring a delivery of passion and excellence in the teaching and learning within the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the teaching staff by monitoring and evaluating pupils’ progress
• Supporting the teaching staff to implement the KS1 and KS2 curriculum by providing booster and intervention sessions to raise standards within the classroom
• Working with a child’s strengths and weaknesses to support their development and progress
• Being able to build a good rapport with teachers and children alike
• Helping to create a stimulating and motivating environment for children

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Relevant experience of working with children
