Job Overview:
We are excited to welcome an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to our team. This position is ideal for a passionate new teacher eager to bring fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the classroom. As an ECT, you will create dynamic learning experiences and support students’ academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities of an Early Career Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active learning.
• Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student achievement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Recognised teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Solid understanding of the national curriculum and its application in the classroom.
• Strong passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adapt to various teaching scenarios.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
