Buckinghamshire Supported Internship Job Coach

This role is to provide excellent job coaching for support internships and will be for 32.5 hours a week, term time only plus two weeks. This will be supporting a lovely school in Aylesbury. It will involve assessments, coaching, using TSI, work placement assessments. It will start as a temporary role but will transition if successful to a fixed term contract. Basic qualifications is Level 2 numeracy and literacy but desirable is L3 Supported Employment Practitioners Qualification.

• Provide individual job coaching
• Providing support to the intern/employee for integration in to a job role
• Conduct Job Task Analysis
• Undertake work based performance analysis
• Create personal visual resources
• Create strategies to help the client remain in employment
• Maintain learning plans
• Provide pastoral support
• Create vocational profiling
• Identify training needs
• Engage with local businesses
• Work with families and carers
• Attend classroom settings
• Work with all resources provided by Buckinghamshire County Council

Provide all infrastructure support needed to effect successful support for the client base.
