CER are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team and deliver high-quality Physical Education (PE) lessons across multiple of our partnership primary schools in Rotherham as part of large Multi-Academy Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging PE lessons to students ranging from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2), covering the full PE curriculum. The role will require you to be in different schools each day of the week so flexibility is essential and the ability to drive is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver PE lessons tailored to the needs of students from EYFS to KS2.
• Travel to different primary schools in Rotherham to conduct lessons.
• Ensure lessons are inclusive, engaging, and promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and support.
• Collaborate with school staff to integrate PE into the broader curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in sports coaching or physical education.
• Experience working with primary school-aged children.
• Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum for EYFS to KS2.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel between schools on different days.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
