Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant | £95-£110 per day | ASAP Start

We are currently working with a number of schools in the wider Liverpool area who are recruiting for passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and mainstream classes in Key Stage 1. These roles are full-time and long-term and offer the potential to transition into permanent positions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
• Previous experience working with pupils with ASC and challenging behaviour.
• Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
• At least 6 months school based experience of working in a UK SEND school setting.
• Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
• A current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
• Team Teach Training
